Employee Hire Pune is seeking an energetic Sales Support professional to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders. You will coordinate with production and dispatch, maintain the customer database, and assist the field sales team with documentation and follow-ups.

You will also help prepare sales MIS, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and lead generation efforts, while maintaining strong client communication for payments and feedback.

Competenze

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different departments.
• Confident in cold calling and customer interaction.
• Familiar with online B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Attention to detail and strong data organization skills.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and result-oriented approach.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred
