Aradhya Electricals Pvt. Ltd. in Pune, MH, invites applications for an HVAC Technician to support third-party payroll clients at Kuruli Phata, Chakan. The role covers installation, maintenance, and PM checks of chillers, cooling towers, and associated equipment.

The successful candidate should hold a RAC diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience, and be available for immediate joining in Pune district. Company facilities include canteen, mediclaim, annual leave, PF, and ESIC compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in RAC or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of cooling towers, chillers, compressors and PM checks.
• Experience with electrical maintenance and testing equipment.
• Willingness to work in Kuruli Phata/Chakan area and join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM checks on chillers, compressors and cooling equipment.
• Conduct electrical maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Operate and read testing instruments and meters.
• Monitor dosing systems and chemical dosing procedures.
• Check water quality parameters such as pH, TDS, and conductivity.
• Understand blower, ASU equipment and related PM checks.
• Manage dehumidifier and heat pump related tasks.
• Assist in preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Follow safety and SOP guidelines during site work.

Position: HVAC Technician

Location: Kuruli Phata, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra.

Job Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of/Expert in-
• Cooling towers and Safe work practices.
• Chiller, Compressor and it's PM Checks.
• Electrical maintenance.
• Tools and measuring, Testing instruments.
• Knowledge of ASU, blowers and It's PM Checks.
• Dosing system and chemical dosing. Know how to Blow down cooling tower and why?
• About Heat pump. Knowledge of dehumidifier.
• Adiabatic reactors, Motor, fan nozzels and it's reclacement work.
• Temp. Flow, PH, TDS, SDI and Conductivity of water and how to check ? Knowledge about daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly and yearly checks.

Preferred candidate profile-

• Gender- Male candidate only
• Education Required- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC)/ Diploma +3 yrs.
