Job summary

AIROSWIM INDUSTRIES is seeking a field service technician to service heat pump systems at customer sites in Pune. You will install, test, commission and maintain heat pumps, diagnose issues, and provide technical support while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires willingness to travel, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, heat pumps or related equipment.
• Freshers with strong interest in field service are welcome.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Ability to work independently at customer locations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer service and breakdown calls for heat pump systems.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of heat pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control-related problems.
• Travel to customer sites in Pune and other locations as required.
• Maintain service reports and customer records.

Role & responsibilities

• Attend customer service and breakdown calls for heat pump systems.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of heat pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, mechanical and control-related problems.
• Check compressor, condenser, evaporator.
• Check electrical panels, contactors, relays, sensors, controllers, pumps and motors.
• Perform basic refrigerant-related activities such as pressure checking, vacuuming and leak identification under company procedures.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain proper service reports, job cards and customer records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and technical issues.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for spare parts and major breakdowns.
• Support AMC execution and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical support to customers after installation.
• Travel to customer sites in Pune and other locations as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• 02 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, heat pumps, chillers, air conditioning or similar equipment.
• Freshers with a strong interest in field service are welcome.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer/site visits.
• Ability to work independently at customer locations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
