Job summary

Manpower Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer for Nagothane, Maharashtra. The role requires a dynamic professional with 4–6 years in HVAC project management, including installation and commissioning of central HVAC systems, and coordination across procurement, design, and customer teams.

Experience with electrical, fire fighting, PHE, IBMS and ELV systems is advantageous. The candidate should handle site coordination and ensure timely delivery of project materials while maintaining

Qualifications

• BE/BTech or Diploma in Mechanical Eng with 4–6 years in HVAC project management and execution.
• Experience in erection, commissioning, procurement, installation and coordination of HVAC projects.
• Exposure to central HVAC systems, and related services like Fire Fighting, Electrical, PHE, IBMS & ELV.
• Familiarity with site coordination with design teams and customer approvals.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Manage equipment list including centrifugal/screw chillers, AHU, pumps, cooling towers, ducting, VFDs and IBMS system.
• Coordinate with in-house design for TDS and shop drawings and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material delivery and vendor engagement.
• Draft project schedules in coordination with planning and ensure adherence to quality procedures and safety standards.
• Engage with MEP coordination between HVAC and other MEP services and manage contractor mobilization.

Urgent Job opening for HVAC Engineer for Maharashtra - Nagothane Location

Job Summary : The candidate should be a dynamic professional with rich & qualitative experience of close to 10 15 years in HVAC Project Management & Execution, Installation & Commissioning of HVAC projects. A keen performer & implementer with experience in administering project operations; expertise in managing erection & commissioning activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, co-ordination with internal / external stakeholders. Capable of overseeing managerial assignments for Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Centralized HVAC systems. He should have a minimal experience of other services like Fire Fighting, Electrical, PHE, IBMS & ELV System etc. and co-ordination thereof.

Role & Responsibilities

• 1. The candidate should be an effective communicator with optimal analytical, problem solving & interpersonal abilities.

• 2. The candidate should have experience of handling following equipment :

  Centrifugal, Screw Chillier Packages, Air-Handling Units, Chilled and Condenser water Pumps, Cooling Towers, HRW and TFA, Large Dia HVAC piping, rectangular and round ducting, Duct Thermal, Acoustic and Piping insulations, Valves, Strainers, VFDs, HVAC MCC Panel, IBMS system, and PHE Pumps, Piping and associated Valves and Accessories.

• 3. The candidate having experience in Commercial / office buildings / Large plant rooms is an advantage

• 4. The candidate should be able to co-ordinate with inhouse design team for early submission of TDS and Shop drawing and getting approval from customer.

• 5. The candidate should be able to co-ordinate with inhouse procurement team and follow up for getting project material delivered on time

• 6. He should be able to co-ordinate within house planning to make project schedule

• 7. He should be aware of standard quality procedures of HVAC projects.

• 8. The candidate should be aware of big projects safety procedures

• 9. The candidate should be presentable to Customer with a minimum experience of handling contract, sending daily correspondences, attending meetings etc

• 10. He should be aware of MEP co-ordination services between HVAC and other MEP services

• 11. Should be able to finalize / mobilize multiple contractors in line with the cost estimates and to be capable to get the deliverables from the vendors and contractors.

Preferred candidate profile : Candidate Must be qualified in BE/Btech. In Mechanical Engineering Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
