Job summary

Kawenmanpower is looking for an HVAC technician with 5–6 years of experience in air conditioning installations and maintenance. The candidate should have strong skills in troubleshooting and be knowledgeable about refrigeration.

Must possess a two-wheeler license and be willing to travel across South India. Strong communication skills in multiple local languages are essential. The position offers a salary between Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 + Rs. 2,000 vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Well‑spoken on technical detailing with installation technique, troubleshooting technique and failure root cause analysis capacity.
• Hands‑on experience working with all types of air conditioners: AHU, ductable, cassette, package, split, tower, central VRF, central chillers (air‑cooled and water‑cooled), precision air conditioners.
• Proficient with electrical circuit control drawings for air conditioners.
• Strong refrigeration knowledge, including refrigerant types, pressure and temperature parameters and industry‑standard conversions.
• Capable of repairing, servicing, conducting preventive maintenance checks and rectifying failures individually.
• Familiar with usage of all appropriate tools with respect to safety procedures and policies.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler and four‑wheeler license; willing to travel across South India.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–6 years.
• Must be well‑spoken on technical detailing with installation technique, troubleshooting technique, and failure root cause analysis capacity.
• Must speak local languages such as Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam etc.
• Previous work with manufacturers, dealers or turnkey maintenance, contracting companies.
• Qualification: ITI, HVAC training, NCVT, or HVAC course.
• Must have a two‑wheeler license with immediate joining.
• Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 + Rs. 2,000 vehicle allowance.
