• Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency service calls if needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and perform corrective repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential issues before they become major failures.
• Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, filters, and electrical controls.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Test system performance after installation or repairs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
• Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and clients to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Respond to emergency breakdown calls when required.
