Responsibilities

• Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for statutory approvals and renewals.
• Handle PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labour law compliances including documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance for GST, TDS, and related statutory documentation.
• Maintain statutory registers, compliance trackers, and employee records.
• Support payroll-related statutory compliance and timely submission of documents.
• Assist during internal and external statutory audits with required documentation.
• Maintain digital and physical compliance records and meet deadlines.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities from a statutory compliance perspective.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and MIS for management.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Statutory Compliance with 1–2 years of experience in HR operations and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations, managing registrations and renewals, coordinating with government authorities and consultants, and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth organizational compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage registration, renewal, and maintenance of FSSAI Licenses, Factory License, Shop & Establishment License, Trade License, and other statutory licenses.


• Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for statutory approvals and renewals.


• Handle PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other labour law compliances, including documentation and statutory records.


• Coordinate with the Finance team for GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and compliance requirements.


• Maintain statutory registers, compliance trackers, and employee compliance records.


• Support payroll-related statutory compliance and ensure timely submission of statutory documents.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of FSSAI, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory compliances.


• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory documentation.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.


• Excellent documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines with accuracy.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA in Human Resources (HR) – Mandatory.


• 1–2 years of experience in HR statutory compliance or HR operations.


• Experience in the Manufacturing/FMCG industry will be preferred.


• Certification in Labour Laws or Statutory Compliance will be an added advantage.
