About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive - Compliance & Statutory Operations to manage and maintain statutory compliance requirements, employee records, and labor-related documentation. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, and HR administration while ensuring full compliance with client and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities-

Statutory Compliance Management

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR compliance records and documentation for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities regarding statutory requirements.
  • Prepare documents for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

PF & ESI Administration

  • Manage Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) registrations, filings, and monthly compliance activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of PF and ESI returns.
  • Resolve employee queries related to PF, ESI, and statutory benefits.

Labor Records & Documentation

  • Maintain Muster Rolls, Attendance Registers, and Wage Registers as per statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain daily wage reports and workforce records.
  • Track and record day-to-day employee work activities and deployment details.
  • Ensure all labor-related documentation is updated and readily available for verification.

Liaison & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with Labor Department officials and other regulatory authorities when required.
  • Prepare, submit, and clear labor office compliance documentation.
  • Support client compliance requirements and maintain relevant records.
  • Assist in statutory audits and compliance inspections.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration (HR), or a related field.
  • Valid and recognized qualification in Human Resources Management is mandatory.
Experience Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Compliance, Statutory Compliance, Payroll Compliance, or Labor Compliance functions.
  • Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, labor law compliance, and statutory filings.
  • Experience working with contract labor management and client compliance documentation will be preferred.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Good understanding of PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, CLRA, and related labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HR record management.
  • Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet compliance deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience in handling compliance documentation for multiple clients is an mandatory.
  • Familiarity with labor office procedures and statutory inspections.
