Job summary

SIB Operations And Services in India is seeking a proactive Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring, from sourcing through interviewing and stakeholder coordination. You will build candidate pipelines, screen and schedule interviews, maintain a positive candidate experience, and prepare recruitment reports using MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

This role requires education in any graduate program and at least six months of recruitment experience, with familiarity of ATS and LinkedIn

  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Screening and Interviewing:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Prepare reports for management on recruitment progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
