Social Media Strategist
Focus: Competitive Analysis, Content Creation, and Campaign Management.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategic Executive who acts as the primary engine for our clients' digital presence. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who has mastered the craft of social media and can produce high-quality, high-conversion content with minimal supervision. You will own the operational lifecyclefrom translating strategy into tactical creative briefs to ensuring final publication is flawless.

- Tactical Mastery: You don't just "understand" platforms; you know the technical nuances of how to optimize content for LinkedIn algorithms vs. Reels vs. Pinterest search.
- Creative Briefing: You can take a high-level strategy and translate it into granular, actionable briefs for designers and writers so that the first draft is 90% perfect.
- Quality Control: You are the final gatekeeper. You ensure that every pixel, every caption, and every hashtag aligns with the clients brand identity before it goes live.
- Operational Discipline: You manage multiple client calendars with clockwork precision. You never miss a deadline and your publishing hygiene (scheduling, link management, engagement) is impeccable.
- Performance Accountability: You treat metrics as a diagnostic tool. You don't just "post"; you analyze the data daily and make tactical adjustments to improve reach, engagement, and click-through rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership: Manage the end-to-end execution of content calendars for multiple clients across diverse platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Creative Briefing: Convert strategic goals into clear, detailed briefs for creative teams (designers/video editors), ensuring the output meets brand guidelines without needing multiple rounds of rework.
- Tactical Publishing: Own the full scheduling and publishing workflow, including A/B testing copy hooks, optimizing metadata, and managing platform-specific community engagement.
- Performance Optimization: Execute and manage paid/organic social campaigns. Proactively adjust targeting, creative assets, and posting times based on daily performance trends.
- Competitive/Trend Intelligence: Proactively monitor competitor tactics and platform shifts, presenting clear, actionable "what this means for our clients" updates to the team.
Direct Support:
Act as the primary technical point of contact for platform management, campaign setup, and troubleshooting.
You'll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing industry.
- You are an "Individual Contributor" at heartyou prefer doing the work and seeing the results of your own execution.
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates not just "pretty designs" and measurable performance metrics.
- You can manage a high volume of deliverables across 35+ clients simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- You have a "do-it-yourself" bias and are comfortable navigating complex ad managers, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards independently.
