Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand hooks, captions, and scripts tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
• Viral Trend & Content Planning: Identify emerging internet trends, memes, and formats early, transforming them into high-reach reels, shorts, and carousel concepts.
• Account Management: Maintain a consistent content calendar, schedule posts, manage community interactions (comments, DMs), and monitor platform health.
• Audience & Growth Hacking: Execute distribution strategies, hashtag research, and collaboration tactics to drive organic reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Track key growth metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, conversion), derive actionable insights, and refine weekly content roadmaps accordingly.
