Infosys BPM invites candidates to a walk-in interview for the International Customer Support & Service Desk Associate role in Pune. Freshers with 0–1 year experience and 15 years of education are eligible. The event is on Friday, 06 November 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at Pune location.

Role is Full-Time, 100% Work from Office, with US shift rotations. Training in Mysore campus for 2 months is part of the program.

• Provide top-notch support to global clients via calls and email

• VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
• Operating systems & basic networking
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M
• Own the issue, analyze, and provide efficient, timely resolutions
• Ensure every customer interaction adds value and leaves them satisfied

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Confidence in handling and resolving technical queries independently
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment (rotational US shifts)
• Comfortable with a Work from Office (WFO) setup in Pune
