• Provide top-notch support to global clients via calls and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to VPN, drivers, O365, Active Directory.
• Resolve issues related to operating systems, basic networking, and productivity tools.
• Work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M.
• Own the issue, analyze and provide timely resolutions.

What We're Looking For:
