Job summary

Firstsource in Bengaluru (office-based) is seeking a Customer Support Associate to handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. You will provide accurate information, resolve queries, and document interactions while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; minimum 10th pass. English communication is mandatory, and night shifts are included in rotational schedules.
