Job summary

Firstsource invites applications for an International Voice Process role based in Bengaluru. You will handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers, resolve queries, and provide product information to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You should have strong English communication, good listening skills, and the ability to work in rotational UK shifts, from office location in Bengaluru. Prior BPO experience is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills and clear articulation.
• Prior experience in BPO/customer support is preferred.
• Freshers are not eligible.
