Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited, a global BPO leader, is seeking dynamic customer support professionals to handle UK inbound and outbound calls, understand requirements, and provide effective solutions. You will work in UK rotational shifts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling, achieving targets, and maintaining high service quality.

Strong English communication and prior international BPO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable handling international/UK customers over the phone.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Previous experience in International BPO / UK Voice / Customer Support / Sales is preferred.
