Qualifikationen

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain call quality.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM/system.
• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer-service targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain professional communication and UK customer-service standards.
• Adhere to company policies, data-protection requirements, and attendance guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with UK customers over the phone.
• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM applications.
• Prior experience in international voice/BPO/customer support is preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered.

Shift & Work Schedule

• UK business process
• Rotational shifts, based on business requirements.
• Rotational weekly offs; weekends may be working days.
• Candidates should be comfortable working different shift timings.
