Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited, a global BPO leader, is hiring for a UK Voice / Customer Support role in Bengaluru. You will handle inbound/outbound calls from UK customers, solve queries, and identify upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, comfortable with international customers, and sales-driven with a willingness to work UK rotational shifts, including weekends. Competitive salary with unlimited incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
