IntouchCX in Bengaluru is seeking a motivated International Chat/Email Support Associate to join our customer-focused team. You will handle live chat and email queries with accuracy, maintain records, and meet quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates with excellent English writing skills, a typing speed of 30 WPM, and the ability to multitask across multiple applications. Night/weekend shifts may be required.
