IntouchCX is hiring for an International Non-Voice Process with email and chat support in Bangalore. The role involves daily customer interactions via chat and email, resolving issues end-to-end and delivering white-glove service.

Interview details: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST, at IntouchCX, Bangalore. Freshers eligible with good written and verbal skills; six months customer service preferred; Plus 2 or graduation appreciated.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

• Having daily interactions with the customer to handle issues from end to end via chat & Email.
• Going the extra mile to engage customers in solving issues and ensuring satisfaction
• Providing white glove service and having the ability to provide an overall excellent customer experience
• Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times.

Critical Skills:

• Above average verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak accurately, using proper grammar, and good enunciation
• Typing skill 30 WPM ,95% Accuracy
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Educational/Work Experience and Requirements:

• Must successfully pass a background check
