Job summary

Sirca Paints India is seeking a Store & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, coordinate inward/outward movements, and ensure accurate dispatch documentation. The role requires strong MS Excel use, ERP/SAP familiarity, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO procedures.

You will coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, and transporters, maintain records, and support audits while ensuring safe storage of chemicals and packaging materials. Experience in paints or chemicals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels using MS Excel.
• Handle inward and outward material movements (raw materials, packing materials, consumables, finished goods).
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Issue materials to production against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and conduct stock verification and reconciliation.
• Manage finished goods storage, labeling, and dispatch coordination.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents (Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, LR, Packing List).
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, and transporters for material movement and dispatch.
• Maintain inward/outward registers, stock reports, consumption reports, and dispatch records.
• Ensure storage of chemicals, pigments, resins, solvents, packaging materials.
• Follow 5S, housekeeping, workplace safety, and company procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate documentation.

Role: Store & Dispatch Executive

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels using MS excel.
• Handle inward and outward material movements, including raw materials, packing materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Issue materials to production against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles and conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Manage finished goods storage, proper stacking, labeling, and dispatch coordination.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including Delivery Challan, Invoice, E-Way Bill, LR, and Packing List.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Sales, and transporters for timely material movement and dispatch.
• Maintain inward/outward registers, stock reports, consumption reports, and dispatch records.
• Ensure proper storage of chemicals, pigments, resins, solvents, and packaging materials.
• Follow 5S, housekeeping, workplace safety, and applicable company procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Store, Inventory, and Dispatch operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in paints, coatings, chemicals, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Excel, GRN, MRS, FIFO/FEFO, stock reconciliation, and dispatch documentation is desirable.
• Good coordination, record-keeping, and communication skills.
