Sierra Innovations is seeking an Inventory / Dispatch Team Leader in Jaipur. The role requires hands-on management of warehouse and dispatch operations, with a focus on accurate stock control and timely order fulfilment.

You will supervise the inventory team, coordinate with couriers, and ensure reports are prepared for management review. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/dispatch roles, strong Excel and CRM familiarity, and proven organizational abilities to maintain

Guide and manage Inventory Executives and helpers. Prepare dispatch schedules and inward/outward stock reports. Check and report any stock differences. Make sure orders are completed correctly and dispatched on time.
