ROLE: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

You will be responsible for handling customer interactions across Voice, Chat and Blended channels, understanding customer requirements, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound and outbound interactions with UK & US customers.
• Resolve customer queries accurately and professionally.

• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate Any Stream
• Experience: Minimum 6 months International Voice Process
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational UK / US shifts.

SALARY & CAREER GROWTH

Freshers

Up to 4.5 LPA

Experienced Candidates

Minimum 30% hike on last drawn salary

Maximum Package

Up to 7.5 LPA

Final compensation will depend on experience, communication skills, interview performance and process suitability.
