Job summary

Aprameya Resources in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Process Associate for International Voice Process. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of International Voice BPO experience and excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, provide professional support, and document interactions in the system while meeting productivity and quality targets in a target-driven environment.

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused International Voice Process Executives to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant International Voice BPO experience and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
