Job summary

IMR Soft India is hiring an Inbound Process Associate to support our customer service team in Bengaluru. You will handle inbound voice calls with clear communication in English and a regional language. Rotational shifts and two weekly offs provide coverage across business hours, with immediate joining possible for qualified candidates.

Freshers are welcome, and any graduation is acceptable; prior contact center experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.

• Must have excellent English and at least one regional language.
