Job summary

Sadbhav Futuretech in Gurgaon is seeking a Telecaller to support the Solar Pump Division with customer communication and coordination. The role includes making outbound calls, updating records, and coordinating with field teams to ensure timely follow-up on service and project requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree, has about 12 years of experience in telecalling or related fields, and speaks Hindi well. Experience in solar/renewable energy is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 12 years of experience in telecalling, customer coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in Solar, Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Government Projects, or Customer Service will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers/farmers regarding solar pump installation, documentation, site visits, commissioning, service, and project updates.
• Receive and respond to incoming customer calls and queries.
• Provide accurate information regarding the status of solar pump-related activities.
• Coordinate with field teams, service teams, and internal departments for customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, site-related requirements, installation schedules, and other project activities.
• Record customer conversations, complaints, requests, and follow-up details accurately.
• Maintain and update customer and project-related data in Excel/CRM/system.
• Escalate customer complaints and unresolved issues to the concerned department.
• Track pending cases and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
• Prepare daily/weekly calling and follow-up reports.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Perform other telecalling and coordination activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Overview
