Resultscx in Bengaluru is hiring Customer Support Associates for our US Healthcare Voice Process. We seek candidates with healthcare BPO experience and strong communication skills who are customer-centric and reliable.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with patient care, pharmacy support, claims and grievances, document interactions promptly, and coordinate with internal teams. This is a full-time office-based role with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Healthcare BPO or related domain experience required.
• Typing speed of at least 28 WPM with 98% accuracy.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare processes.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift window between 3:00 PM - 10:00 AM (Rotational) - May differ during training.
