Job summary

MDI NetworX LLC. is seeking candidates for an International Voice Process role focused on US healthcare. You will handle inbound calls from US customers, understand queries, verify patient information, and document interactions in CRM systems.

Applicants should have strong English skills, good listening abilities, and the capacity to work US night shifts from India. Freshers with strong English may be considered and prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

• Handle inbound calls with US healthcare customers, patients, providers, or insurance representatives.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, insurance, claims, eligibility, benefits, and billing.
• Verify patient/member information while maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA and company guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with US customers.
• Accurately document every interaction, update records, and maintain call-related information in CRM systems.
• Meet defined targets for quality, productivity, Average Handling Time (AHT), attendance, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/12th pass or equivalent, depending on the company's eligibility criteria.
• Excellent spoken English with good pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and comprehension.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable and confident in communicating with US Customers over the phone .
• Prior experience in international Voice Process, particularly in US healthcare, medical billing, insurance, claims processing, or customer support is preferred.
• Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software applications.
• Good typing and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in US Shifts / night shifts
