You will handle calls from US healthcare customers, patients, providers, insurance representatives, or other stakeholders, delivering accurate information and support. Fresh graduates with excellent English communication and comfort speaking with US customers over the phone are encouraged. Responsibilities

• Handle calls for US healthcare-related processes.
• Communicate professionally with US customers, patients, healthcare providers, or insurance representatives.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or appropriate resolutions.
• Verify and update customer/patient information as per process requirements.
• Explain healthcare-related processes, benefits, eligibility, claims, appointments, billing, or other assigned services.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Achieve defined productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information and follow applicable data-privacy requirements.
• Participate in training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives.
