Transcom in Pune is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for the role of Customer Service Associate in International Chat Support. We are seeking energetic professionals with strong communication skills to join our dynamic team in Pune.

The position offers full-time permanent employment with a 5.5-day work week, on-site work, and incentives. Walk-in dates are 25th–30th September, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Nyati Plaza, Kharadi, Pune.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or Diploma with at least 6 months of work experience.
Experience in International Chat Support is mandatory.
Excellent written English communication, typing accuracy, and active listening.

Responsibilities

Handle real-time customer inquiries via international chat channels with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide first-contact resolution while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
