Job summary

Auswide Global is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to conduct structured onboarding, explain company culture and policies, and deliver training on conduct, attendance, confidentiality, and information security. The role requires expertise in MS 365, Outlook and Teams, plus capability to train on CRM, Zoho and other systems.

You will develop training materials and assess learner readiness across departments.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of experience in corporate training/education, L&D or onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Explain company structure, culture, values, policies and workplace expectations.
• Deliver training on Code of Conduct, attendance, leave, confidentiality and information security.
• Train employees on Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, CRM, Zoho and other basic business systems.
• Train employees on internal workflows, task management, documentation and escalation procedures.
• Develop employees' professional email, Teams, telephone and workplace communication skills.
• Conduct practical exercises, role-plays, assessments and knowledge checks.
• Assess employee readiness before departmental handover.
• Coordinate handover with departmental trainers and managers.
• Maintain training attendance, assessment and completion records.
• Conduct refresher and 30/60/90-day follow-up training.
• Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to HR and management.
• Maintain and update training presentations, manuals, SOPs, quizzes and other learning materials.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35+ years of experience in corporate training/education industry, L&D, HR training or employee onboarding.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of professional workplace etiquette.
• Experience delivering classroom and online training.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to quickly learn CRM, Zoho and other business systems.
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs, presentations and assessments.
• Strong coaching, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work confidently with fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
