Job summary

R S Patel & Co seeks an experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging sessions in-person and online. You will lead workshops on soft skills, leadership, and core organizational competencies, while creating modern modules and multimedia aids.

You will curate the LMS database, keep content fresh and accessible, and implement evaluations to demonstrate business impact. 2–4 years in a related role and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years as Corporate Trainer or similar HR-adjacent role.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with room presence.
• Hands-on experience with modern LMS platforms and e-learning creation tools.
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning theories.

• Gather data-driven feedback to continuously refine and iterate on training curriculam.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, L&D Coordinator, or a similar HR-adjacent role.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently command a room.
• Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience managing modern LMS platforms and e-learning creation tools.
• Methodology: Basic understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
