Job summary

Orion is seeking a seasoned Soft Skills Trainer to conduct employability and communication sessions for students. You will design and deliver training on English communication, presentation, and public speaking, and help students prepare for campus placements and interviews.

The role requires strong classroom management, motivating mentoring, and collaboration with Placement and Academic teams to ensure placement readiness. Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; relevant certification in soft skills/training will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Soft Skills, Communication, Personality Development, or Employability Skills Trainer.
• Experience in EdTech, Education, Training, or Skill Development preferred.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and classroom management skills.
• Experience in interview preparation, GD, personality development, and placement training.
• Confident, energetic, professional, and student-focused approach.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.
