• Develop training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.
• Conduct new employee induction and onboarding training.
• Facilitate interactive workshops, role plays, group discussions, and practical learning activities.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with HR and business teams to understand employee development requirements.
• Continuously improve training content based on participant feedback and organizational needs.
