Job summary

Crednidhi is seeking a Collection Executive in India to handle outbound calls for overdue loan collections and collaborate with customers to recover dues. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency, with adherence to RBI guidelines and data confidentiality.

The candidate will manage payment plans, explain options, and maintain accurate records in the CRM, while meeting daily and monthly targets in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, BPO, or the Financial Services industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
• Graduation preferred (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for overdue loan payment collections.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
• Explain outstanding balances, payment schedules, and available repayment options.
• Negotiate repayment plans while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
• Resolve customer queries related to loan repayments and collections.
• Update customer interactions and payment status accurately in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for account resolutions and payment confirmations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and collection ethics.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
