Job summary

Fintech Cloud is looking for a Collections Specialist in Hyderabad to drive pre-collections, reduce delinquency, and hit collection targets. You will monitor DPD buckets, optimize call productivity, and improve customer resolution time while ensuring RBI compliance.

Hindi language proficiency is mandatory, and experience with Personal/Fintech loans or Microfinance is preferred. The role suits a proactive professional who can negotiate settlements and maintain high compliance standards.
