Job summary
SBI General Insurance is seeking a capable professional to lead Agency Recruitment & Development, Sales Planning & Execution, and Training & Capability Building within the agency channel. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding agents, driving sales targets, and delivering training to enhance product knowledge and compliance.
Graduate candidates with 2–3 years of agency-channel experience are preferred. The position offers a competitive salary with travel allowance and incentives.
Qualifications
- Graduate (in any discipline) with 2–3 years of relevant work experience in Agency Channel with Insurance Industry.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of insurance agents.
- Ability to set targets and drive sales through agency network.
