Job summary

Shriram Life Insurance in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Agency/Channel Sales professional to identify, recruit, onboard and train agents, building a robust distribution network. You will support agents, drive sales targets, and ensure regulatory compliance while strengthening partnerships across the agent ecosystem.

The role focuses on expanding the agency network, guiding agents to achieve business goals, and maintaining ongoing engagement and performance improvements within a dynamic insurance

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in Agency/Channel Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in agent recruitment, development, and management.
• Candidates from Insurance or Channel Sales backgrounds are preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
