Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, references and market research
• Identify companies that require manpower and recruitment services

• Visit companies for face-to-face meetings and presentations
• Explain Talentcorp's manpower, recruitment and staffing solutions; understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into new business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
• Achieve monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets
