Job summary

Sunbrilo Technology in Pune invites applications for a Business Development Executive Fresher (Staff Augmentation). You will be trained to identify client needs, reach out to potential IT/Non-IT employers, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

This is a 6-day work week, on-site role offering hands-on training, exposure to client interactions, and opportunities to grow into a full-fledged BDM. Fresh graduates with strong communication are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development/Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Confidence to speak with clients and handle conversations.

Responsibilities

• Support in identifying and reaching out to potential clients for IT/Non-IT staffing services.

• Assist in building relationships with HR teams and decision-makers.
• Understand basic client hiring requirements and share them with the recruitment team.
