Job summary

H R Creations is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage CRM with leads, track orders, and coordinate across departments. The role requires 2+ years in sales/CRM and strong Excel skills, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely MIS reports. Office based in Sohna, Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales / CRM / Sales Coordination / Sales Support.
• Strong CRM experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good customer-handling and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update CRM with leads, enquiries, customer details and sales activities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, order status and customer records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch and other departments for order updates.
• Handle customer emails, calls, quotations and sales-related communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and sales reports using MS Excel.
• Track leads, follow-ups, pending enquiries and order status.
• Support the sales team in customer coordination and sales management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM/database records.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
