Job summary

You will develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, and area statements, handling FSI, setbacks, and parking calculations while coordinating with liaison, legal and design teams.

The role requires Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering and proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in residential real estate

Qualifications
