Royal Realtor in Mumbai seeks a skilled CAD drafter to handle 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings, municipal and approval drawings, and building plans. You will coordinate with Architects, Structural & MEP consultants and site teams to ensure accurate submissions.

Expertise in documenting modifications, maintaining approval documents, and managing draft submissions using architectural/civil drafting software is essential; knowledge of BMC/SRA liaison is a plus.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings, municipal & approval drawings, flat agreement plans, building drawings, sections.

Responsabilidades
