Responsibilities

• Preparation of approval drawings for building plans, layouts, and other development proposals as per applicable regulations.
• Preparation, modification, and revision of drawings in accordance with the requirements of the concerned approval authorities.
• Handling approval drawings related to CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority)
• DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning)
• Corporation / Municipal Authorities

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Preparation of approval drawings for building plans, layouts, and other development proposals as per applicable regulations.
2. 2. Preparation, modification, and revision of drawings in accordance with the requirements of the concerned approval authorities.
3. 3. Handling approval drawings related to the following authorities:
   • * CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority)
   • * DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning)
   • * Corporation / Municipal Authorities
4. 4. Incorporation of corrections and modifications in drawings based on scrutiny remarks and observations received from the concerned authorities.
5. 5. Coordination with the approval and liaison team for drawing-related clarifications and submission requirements.
6. 6. Maintaining and organizing approval drawing files, revisions, and related drawing records for future reference.
7. 7. Ensuring accuracy and consistency in all approval drawings before submission to the concerned authorities.
