Job summary

Zoho in Coimbatore seeks a Civil Drafting professional to create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for building approvals, layouts and NOCs. You will prepare designs for architects and engineers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy.

You will present drawings to clients and management while ensuring compliance with regulations and approval requirements; contribute to real estate promotion layouts as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Civil Drafting / CAD.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD software.
• Good understanding of building approvals, layouts, NOCs, and relevant rules & regulations.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
