Aspect Global Ventures invites applications for Assistant Manager – Draftsperson to support architectural and BMC drawing work for real estate projects.

You will prepare site layouts, building plans, sections, elevations, and ensure alignment with project inputs, norms, and timelines. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Draughtsmanship from a recognized institute.
• AutoCAD is mandatory for the role.
• Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant drafting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update architectural and BMC drawings as per project requirements.
• Assist Business Development in conceptual layouts, feasibility calculations, area statements, and preliminary project plans.
• Develop drawings for real estate development proposals, land parcels, and potential business opportunities.
• Prepare site layouts, building plans, sections, elevations, and BMC drawings as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and stakeholders to obtain inputs for drawing preparation.
• Assist in drawings for development feasibility studies, project presentations, and management reviews.
• Ensure drawings comply with development control regulations, planning norms, and project requirements.
• Maintain documentation, drawing records, revisions, and version control.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission to stakeholders.

Designation: Assistant Manager Draftsperson

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Draughtsmanship from a recognized institute.

Work Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in draughting and drawing preparation, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector.

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant drafting and design software will be an added advantage.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Key Responsibilities / Brief Job Description:
