Job summary

• Run daily operational tasks, scheduled batch scripts, database queries, and data reconciliation processes.
• Resolve user tickets regarding access, application errors, data inconsistencies, and functional inquiries within defined SLAs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operational Support Associate with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to manage, monitor, and support daily application workflows. In this role, you will act as the first line of technical support, maintaining system functionality, troubleshooting application workflow issues, and ensuring seamless operations across internal and client-facing platforms.

Role & responsibilities

• Application Workflow Monitoring: Track daily application routines, jobs, data flows, and automated processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Technical Incident Support: Identify, triage, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 application issues, escalating complex bugs to core development teams.
• Process Maintenance: Run daily operational tasks, scheduled batch scripts, database queries, and data reconciliation processes.
• User Support & Assistance: Resolve user tickets regarding access, application errors, data inconsistencies, and functional inquiries within defined SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Graduate degree in BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or related IT field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL/Database management (writing basic to intermediate queries).
• Fundamental understanding of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and scripting basics.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, REST APIs, and application lifecycle models.

Experience Level: Freshers to 2 years of experience in IT/Tech Support, Application Operations, or Production Support.
