Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is hiring for a front-of-house role in Noida/Delhi NCR. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining hygiene and plating standards. Role requires basic English, Hindi fluency, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hotel management preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic English communication; Hindi fluency required.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit for standing shifts.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly; ensure a pleasant dining experience throughout.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and punch them into the POS.
• Serve food and drinks as per brand service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place of assigned sections.
• Set up and clear tables promptly between covers.
• Answer guest queries on the menu; share recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest feedback politely and elevate where required.
• Follow all hygiene, grooming and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP).

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher or 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, QSR, caf or hotel
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred but not mandatory
• Basic English communication; Hindi fluency required
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, positive attitude
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit for standing shifts
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida/Delhi NCR
