Job summary

FOOD TECH COMPANY in India’s leading B2B food-tech platform is hiring Site Operations Executives to manage high-volume cafeterias at top IT parks and MNC campuses. You will oversee multi-vendor food courts and live counters during peak hours, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experience.

Ideal candidates are freshers or professionals with 0–2 years in hospitality, QSR, front office, or cabin crew, holding a Hotel Management degree or diploma.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in hospitality, QSR operations, front office or airline ground handling.
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM/DHM) or smart freshers with good communication.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi; comfortable using tech apps and Excel.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment in Noida or Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume cafeteria operations across multi-vendor food courts serving thousands of corporate employees daily during peak hours.
• Serve as front-line coordinator for HR/Admin teams and employees, resolving queries professionally.
• Monitor vendor partners, housekeeping, and kitchen staff to ensure hygiene, food safety, and brand standards.
• Manage digital app ordering systems, daily billing/POS, and operational logs via apps and Google Sheets/Excel.

ABOUT ROLE:

We are hiring "Site Operations Executives" for India’s leading B2B Food-Tech platform that digitizes and manages institutional cafeterias for corporate MNCs, tech parks, hospitals, and universities.

The company operates at a massive national scale—processing 14 Million+ orders every month across 900+ corporate cafeterias, 900+ food partners, and 39 cities nationwide. In this role, you will be deployed on-ground at top IT parks and MNC tech campuses managing high-volume, 24x7 multi-cuisine cafeterias, snack zones, and live food counters.

This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role—perfect for freshers or early-career hospitality graduates who want to build a career in technology-enabled food-tech operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• High-Volume Cafeteria Operations: Oversee ground-level operations across multi-vendor food courts serving thousands of corporate employees daily during peak breakfast, lunch, and snack hours.
• Client & Employee Experience: Serve as the primary front-line coordinator for corporate HR/Admin teams and employees, handling on-the-spot query resolution with high professionalism.
• Vendor & Audit Checks: Monitor food stall vendor partners, housekeeping, and kitchen staff to ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and brand presentation standards.
• Tech & POS Management: Manage digital app ordering systems, daily billing/POS counters, and operational log sheets via smartphone apps and Google Sheets/Excel.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Experience: 0 to 2 years in hospitality, QSR operations, front office, or airline ground handling.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM / DHM preferred). Smart freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) and comfortable using tech-based apps and Excel.
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts within a 24x7 operational environment in Noida or Gurugram.
