About the Role

We are seeking a self‑motivated VP Implementation with strong implementation and project management experience. Candidates will work closely with technical project teams and partner teams to implement enterprise software within the customer's enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform process requirements and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional requirements, and data element requirements.
• Manage project scope and perform client engagement activities.
• Consult and provide guidance with best process, project scheduling, and resource availability for successful implementations.
• Manage project schedules, define statements of work, manage change control, and change requests.
• Consult and provide guidance with the best process, ensuring resource availability for successful solution deliveries.
• Functional Training for clients to facilitate the ERP usage.
• Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workarounds, and functional implementation guidance.
• Team handling and monitoring their activities.
• Deliver functional training to clients to facilitate ERP usage.
• Lead and monitor the activities of project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the implementation process.
• Proven background in roles such as Implementation Engineer or Business Analyst within the enterprise software domain.
• Hands‑on expertise with IT platforms, particularly MySQL.
• Experience in client interaction, conducting training sessions, and managing project scope.

Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in both technical and functional aspects of project management.
